5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid passports, visas) and meet any health requirements for their chosen tour.
- Clients must adhere to the instructions of our professional local guides and show respect for local customs and environments.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Maple Dreams Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
- Clients should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, baggage loss, and cancellation.

Maple Dreams Tours acts only as an agent for the various suppliers of services connected with the tours, including but not limited to transportation providers, hotels, and attractions. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by any such third-party suppliers or services.
